ADB Inc is the design Architect for Brookhaven College campus wide renovation project. ADB verified as-built drawings and updated campus buildings floor plans. Interior finishes such as carpet, flooring material, walls finished, and restroom finishes were re-designed and updated to new materials. Project construction ended in 2008.

Brookhaven College 2006 Campus Adaptive Remodel

Interior finishes such as carpet, flooring material, walls finished, and restroom finishes were re-designed and updated to new materials. Project construction ended in 2008.

Richland College 2007 Gymnasium Adaptive Remodel

Arris Design-Build Inc is the design Architect for Richland College Gymnasium Renovation Project. The scope of project is to provide as-built drawings for the Gymnasium Hall and review issues involved with the replacement of the existing bleachers (installed in the 1970s). Project cost is $300,000 and construction and installation of bleachers will finish before September 2008. The Wood flooring system of the College Gymnasium was also old and not useable. Replacement of the flooring system is underway. Under the bleachers there are mechanical air ducts that are used for the air-conditioning of the gymnasium. ADB made as-built drawings for these duct locations so the new bleachers columns would be in right spots where floor ducts are not located. The Architect and contractors will use recycling for removed bleacher and flooring material. The Richland College basketball Team's tri-color logo will be used on the bleachers. The color selection was coordinated by the Architect and Contractor early in the Project design phase.
